SigSlayer Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the SigSlayer platform, website, application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by SigSlayer, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) established in Sweden (“SigSlayer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This AUP is incorporated by reference into the SigSlayer Terms of Service (/legal/sigslayer-terms-of-service). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this AUP is to:
- Protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Service
- Prevent misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity
- Define prohibited activities clearly and enforceably
You may use the Service only in compliance with this AUP, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely to:
- Upload and manage security questionnaires and related documentation
- Generate, review, and export responses for legitimate business purposes
- Collaborate with authorized users within your organization
- Use AI-assisted features as intended, with appropriate human review
All use must be lawful, authorized, and consistent with the Service’s intended purpose.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:
3.1 Unlawful or Harmful Activity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights
- Upload or distribute illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent content
- Facilitate or conceal unlawful conduct
3.2 Misrepresentation and Deceptive Practices
- Misrepresent your organization’s security posture, certifications, or compliance status
- Falsely claim audits, attestations, or certifications not actually held
- Submit responses you know to be materially false or misleading
- Use the Service to assist in fraud, deception, or bad-faith disclosures
SigSlayer expressly prohibits using the Service to create knowingly false security representations.
3.3 Security and System Abuse
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Circumvent authentication, authorization, or security controls
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
3.4 Malicious Content and Code
- Upload malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Use the Service to distribute harmful payloads
- Introduce content designed to exploit systems or users
3.5 Reverse Engineering and Misuse
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data beyond intended use
- Use automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or safeguards
3.6 AI-Specific Restrictions
You may not:
- Use AI-generated outputs without appropriate human review
- Rely on AI outputs as legal, compliance, or certification advice
- Attempt to manipulate AI behavior in a manner that violates this AUP
- Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive third parties
AI features are assistive, not authoritative.
3.7 Excessive or Abusive Usage
- Generate traffic or workloads that unreasonably strain the Service
- Abuse free tiers, trials, or rate limits
- Use the Service in a way that materially degrades availability for others
4. Customer Content Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The legality and accuracy of all content you upload
- Ensuring you have rights and lawful bases to submit such content
- Reviewing and validating all outputs before external use
SigSlayer does not verify the truthfulness or sufficiency of Customer Content.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
SigSlayer may:
- Monitor usage to ensure compliance with this AUP
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or terminate access where violations occur
Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice where required to protect the Service, customers, or legal obligations.

Violations of this AUP may result in:

- Removal of content
- Loss of data
- Legal action where appropriate
SigSlayer reserves all rights and remedies available under law and contract.
8. Changes to This Policy
SigSlayer may update this AUP from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
